Window
All of these windows will eventually be replaced, but at least for this fall and winter we will need to cover them with plastic to seal the cold out and the heat in.
Back Room Floor
The plywood subfloor had to come up to allow this door to open.
Rear Door
This door need to be rehung because even with the plywood pulled up it still rubs. This door should open outward anyhow.

The central air unit needs to be serviced or replaced.

The broken up stairs need to be pulled. We likely will not replace them here.
Downspout
This downspout needs to be repaired for the sake of the foundation and the wet basement.
There lots of things that we need help with at the Hilltop Children’s House!
We’re working hard toward opening this fall with a few kids in the program, but to do so we need some things to be done fairly soon. Here’s a list of pictures.
