The admissions process has a few steps, but it is simple.
- Inquiry Form
The first step is to fill out the Inquiry Form. This form initiates the rest of the process. - Parent/Guardian Tour
After the inquiry form is received, we will contact you to set up an interview and tour of the school. This meeting is for the parents/guardians only. It’s a time for you to ask questions about our school, learn about our program, and see the classroom. A meeting between the guide and the child in the classroom can be set up later. - Fill Out the Application
After the tour, the parent/guardian will receive a link to the appropriate online application form (for enrollment or for the wait list). - Sliding Scale Tuition Process
For those who cannot afford our full tuition, we offer a sliding scale based on your adjusted gross income from the previous year. We will provide more information about this process at the appropriate time. - Meeting Between Child and Guide
This meeting is an opportunity for the child and the guide to meet and talk, and perhaps do a work together. - Acceptance, Enrollment, and Deposit
If the child is accepted, the parent/guardian will receive a letter of acceptance, enrollment contract, and information about any sliding scale tuition adjustment. Your enrollment contract and initial deposit will be due within one week of receipt of the acceptance materials.
